Introduction
The Department of Microbiology is one of the most relevant, dynamic and exciting disciplines in the Medical sciences.
The mission of department is to teach & train medical undergraduates, post graduates and nursing students. To train Junior Residents, Senior Residents/ Demonstrators in diagnostic techniques in Microbiology & research.
The Department became functional in 2013; presently it has three faculty members, two Senior Residents, two Junior Residents and two laboratory technicians.
