Invitation

Dear friends and colleagues

Greetings from Jodhpur "Suncity of India"

It is indeed a matter of great pleasure for us to invite you to the 1st AIIMS Jodhpur ILD Workshop to be held on 28th and 29th of January 2017 at All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AlIMS), Jodhpur.

Interstitial lung disease (ILD) is a heterogeneous group of over 250 different diagnosis causing progressive inflammation and fibrosis in the lung parenchyma. A recent literature review suggests a multidisciplinary approach to diagnosis and management with early referral to ILD centers. Physicians and allied health care professionals are challenged to keep abreast of the rapidly evolving field of ILD. The aim of this workshop is to fill the knowledge gaps in the management of ILD patients and to improve the outcome. This workshop brings together a group of experts, who will discuss and engage the audience to help improve the existing knowledge gap, review the latest guidelines and newer treatment options for patients with ILD. We believe that the participants will gain competence in evaluating and treating patients with ILD which will further improve the patient outcome.
